Picture's Are Worth A Thousand words!
My husband and I decided to put our home up for sale.
Considering how the economy is and how many homes are up for sale we knew we had to make our stand out.
Being a devoted HGTV junkie, I knew that staging and taking great pictures was a way to get people in over the competition....especially if we planned on selling on our own.
After carefully de-cluttering and dusting...lol We took a bunch of photos which I think came out great!
After posting our home we have gotten a lot of inquires on the place, but the taxes seem to be scaring people away!
O Once the weather gets warmer maybe the buyers will come out of hibernation and we will get some serious traffic!

My first SLR Camera
After researching for a few months, I took the plunge and bought the Nikon D40 SLR Digital Camera. I'm super excited to play with it tonight and I using this blog to track my progress!! :)
